Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Note: During high-volume periods (like Black Friday or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.
Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following standard tiers:

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours at support@vibecart.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
